I have been a solo parent to my daughter since she was 9 months old. Working full time in downtown Toronto, as a Project Manager in Digital Media IT; riding was not a priority on my list. Fast forward 10 years; we own our home, our car and it was time for me to take back some time for myself.
For my 40th Birthday I decided I was going to go for my M, buy a bike and enjoy the time on 2 wheels that I had always done as a child with my father, and as a teen with my friends. No surprise to my family I got it and bought a brand new Ducati Monster 696. 3 years to the day, I bought my second bike a brand new Ducati Monster 821. I ride solo or 2 up with my beautiful Daughter and enjoy participating in charity rides and events to support those in need. Being a part of this lifestyle has given me the freedoms and opportunities to help empower myself and my daughter to all that women can accomplish in this world. We are strong, we are beautiful and we all bring a sense of Wonder to those who see us.
