WRWR is a platform designed to connect as many women riders from all over the world as possible and, consequently, bolster the interests of its users. Our aim is to become a communication bridge between women riders and the industry to build a more inclusive future for women motorcyclists worldwide.
This Privacy Policy (the Privacy Policy) describes how WRWR, LLC (a company incorporated under the laws of the State of California, USA, located at 344A, Washington Street, Santa Cruz, California, 95060) as the data collector (the company or we, our, or us) and third parties collect, process and use the personal data belonging to and/or provided by the user (you or your) in connection with your use of the services (these include the WRWR website, WRWR App and all other present or future mediums of delivery of the WRWR platform provided by us).

What Personal Data do we Process?

We collect personal data via devices that you use for the services. This includes dates and times you log-in and log-off the services, app features or pages viewed, browser type, WRWR App crashes and other system activity. |
Communication Data |
We collect communication and correspondence data when you engage with customer support via the WRWR Website or WRWR App, report an incident, communicate via emails, web forms, or speak with our customer support agents. We record the date and time of the communications and their content. We will record calls, only when you are notified in advance that the call may be recorded such as before initiating communication with a customer support agent. As far as communication between users is concerned, this is stored but not automatically visible to or accessible by us. |

We use Google Analytics to help us analyze user activity. Google Analytics uses cookies to generate information about your use of the services for the purpose of evaluating use of the services, compiling reports on website activity, and providing other information related to user activity and internet usage. Identity Verification
Identity verification is an optional feature to be availed subject to the explicit consent of a user. Identity verification means the verification of your government issued ID document(s) by one of our third-party verification partners. These third-party verification partners (and their authorized processors) have sole access to such data, and it is processed according to the relevant verification partner’s privacy policy. WRWR will only act on the instructions received from third-party verification partners and will not collect or use such personal data.
Payment Information
We do not collect, store, or otherwise process your payment card or bank account details. All payment transactions are carried out securely through our trusted third-party payment service providers, which are certified in accordance with applicable payment industry standards. Our payment service provider(s) collect and process your payment data without remitting to us any of your personal data that may be used to identify you or your payment modality details. We only receive limited information from the payment service provider (e.g., confirmation of payment status or a tokenized reference) necessary to link your payment to your account. Therefore, the said third-party payment service providers have sole access to such data, and the same is processed in accordance with the relevant service providers’ privacy policy.
Aggregated, Anonymized and/or Deidentified Information
We may aggregate, anonymize and/or de-identify your personal data so that it can no longer be linked to you. We may use and share aggregated, anonymized and/or de-identified information for any purpose at our sole discretion.
Privacy of Children
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16 (sixteen) (Child or Children). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16 (sixteen). If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from Children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
Sharing Information Through Social Media
We work with social media sites, and with application developers who specialize in social commerce so you can connect with us through your social networks, and share information and content such as reviews, photos, text, videos, routes, and usage data (User Content) with us. We provide our social media service providers with access to our services so we can generate interest in our products among members of your social networks and to allow you to share your interest in our products with friends in your network. These social media service providers may collect or register your views (including whether you liked or purchased a product) and make those views available to us and on public portions of our services. For example, when you use our hashtags in a social media post or respond to one of our usage requests (i.e., by using hashtags #wrwr wrwr2026, #wrwrapp, #womenridersworldrelay, #connectchallengechange of our platform), your post is shared with us and may appear on our platform. By using our hashtags or responding to one of our usage requests, you are consenting to our use of the information you post (including your likeness) for commercial purposes and without compensation.
If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not submit User Content to us or reply to our usage requests. If you do not want a social media platform to share information about you, you must contact that social media provider and determine whether it gives you the opportunity to opt out of sharing such information as its privacy policy will be applicable.
We reserve the right to select what content appears on our social media accounts and/or platform and may choose not to display your content even if you express an opinion about our services, use our hashtags, or affirmatively consent to a usage request. We reserve the right to remove content from our platform at our sole discretion.
Does WRWR transfer your personal data to other countries
We operate internationally and as a result, your personal data may be transferred to, stored and/or processed by subcontractors and partners when undertaking the activities described in this Privacy Policy to a third country.
When we transfer your personal data outside of a country or region, such as the European Economic Area (EEA), we will make sure that we take steps necessary to comply with applicable legal requirements and rely on the following transfer mechanisms:

How do we keep your personal data safe?
The security of your personal data is very important to us, and we have implemented appropriate technical and organizational controls to protect your personal data against unauthorized processing and against accidental loss, damage or destruction. We have implemented data encryption in transit and at rest, data privacy and security training, information security policies and controls around the confidentiality, integrity and availability of our data/systems.
Any personal data collected in the course of providing the services is transferred to and stored in our data centers which are located within the EEA.

Please note that the deinstallation of the WRWR App from your device does not cause the deletion of your personal data. If the WRWR App has not been used for 3 (three) years, we may get in touch and ask you to confirm whether you wish to keep your account active for future use. If no reply is received within a reasonable time, the account will be closed, and personal data will be deleted unless such data is required for any purpose mentioned earlier in this Privacy Policy.
